Greer's lankaskink (Lankascincus greeri)



Binomial: Lankascincus greeri
English: Greer's lankaskink
Sinhala: ග්‍රීර්ගේ ලක්හීරළුවා[Greerge lakheeraluwa]

An endemic skink lives in south-western lowland forests of Sri Lanka. It is considered to be a rare species found in the leaf litter and under the stones of the forest. Above photographs were taken at Kanneliya rain rain forest.
